 What have you been doing since the ball dropped in Times Square? The clock for 2010 has already started. Make this the year that you achieve some of the goals on your bucket list. Don't wait until you get bad news to feel inpired to start checking things off.

I have some challenges for you this year. First, upload OVERTIME: a newsletter to keep you moving forward. Each month, this newsletter will highlight a focus that I will comment on in my blog: Blog.Bethechampion.com. The focus for this newsletter is getting your goals straight using SMART Goals 2.0 so that you have something guiding you when the lazy days of summer or the ring of the holidays hit later on in the year.

I hope 2010 has been a running start for you! If it has not, get out your sneakers and lace them up because it is time to go!
